Mr. Manoj Dhankhar
Mr. Manoj Dhankhar Managing Director of DKG Group of Companies with over 32 years of long experience in Diving, Marine and Offshore Industry. A Senior IMCA Diving Supervisor and 3.4U Underwater Inspection Controller from CSWIP UK. He started his career with Indian Navy and retired as an Air and Mix Gas Diving Supervisor. He completed his Post Graduation from University of Rajasthan and MBA from IGNOU – New Delhi, India.
He has over three decades of Operational , Commercial and Business Management experience in Diving , Marine and Offshore Oil & Gas Industries driving safe and efficient operations and fueling Exponential Growth in the Organizations he served. He has acquired many qualifications in professional Diving, Subsea Engineering and Underwater Inspection from World’s top Institutions e.g. Air & Mix Gas Diver and Supervisor from Indian Naval Diving School , Kochi , Air Diver top up from UK , Saturation Diver and LST from UK , EOD Diver ( Underwater Explosive Ordinance Disposal Diver ) from USA , NDT Diver from France and qualified all CSWIP under water inspection courses from Thailand/UK , Diving Supervisor’s courses from Singapore/UK , Air and Sat Diving System Auditor and Client Diving Site Representative courses from Singapore/UK. He has Completed Diploma in total quality management & ISO 9000 and Environment management & ISO 14000/14001. He has attended and qualified various Health, Safety and Environmental Courses from NEBOSH, IOSH, HSE, CPD, ROSPA and IOGP UK.
During his days while working in top management with National & International Clients, he felt need to have a Diving Company , which operate more as technical arm of the owners, incorporating philosophy of undying trust, accountability and 24/7 responsiveness.
The idea of having own company brought in to practice in September 2014. When DKG Multi Services Private Limited Company was started to provide high quality and reliable services to our Clients.
He has worked on different capacity (E.g. Diving Supervisor, Superintendent, Project Manager, Diving Base Manager, Report Coordinator, Underwater Inspection Controller and Client Diving Site Representative) with many National and International Clients.
