These Terms shall be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Equipment Rental Policy, Training Terms, Disclaimer, and any project-specific contracts, service agreements, work orders, quotations, or purchase orders issued by DKG Diving Services. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a project-specific agreement, the project-specific agreement shall prevail.
DKG Diving Services reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Website or our services following any such changes shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
